These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DailyFit15 website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Pulse Fifteen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10042256 ("Pulse Fifteen", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Today's workout is free, and so is looking back at your history. The DailyFit15 monthly subscription adds your goal programme, catching up on days you've missed, and redoing earlier workouts. Pricing is shown before you buy.
Coaching is a personal service arranged with us directly and is not an in-app subscription. What it involves and what it costs are explained before any coaching begins.
DailyFit15 provides general fitness content and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury.
You use the Service, including any workout, training plan, or coaching guidance, at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session.
Coaching-tier users are paired with a human coach who builds and adjusts a training plan based on information you provide, including any event goals (such as a marathon, half Ironman, or Ironman) and target date. Coaching guidance is provided in good faith based on that information and general training principles, but individual results and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
A goal programme is a plan of up to 13 weeks built around a goal you describe, using workouts from the DailyFit15 exercise library. It is put together with the help of Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, within rules we set: session length, easier weeks, rest around the other exercise you tell us about, and only exercises from our library. Each week you can tell us how it went, and the weeks ahead may change as a result.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
The Service includes social features — an activity feed, comments on workouts, and friend connections — where you and other users share content ("User Content"). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, and content that promotes self-harm or violence.
By posting User Content, you agree not to post anything objectionable, and you're solely responsible for what you post. You can:
We review every report, and we will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours — removing the content and, where appropriate, suspending or terminating the account responsible — at our discretion and without prior notice. If you encounter content or behaviour that concerns you and can't be resolved through reporting or blocking in the app, contact hello@pulsefifteen.com.
All content within the Service — including workout videos, training plans, branding, and software — is owned by Pulse Fifteen Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own fitness purposes; it doesn't transfer any ownership to you.
To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Fifteen Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained while following a workout, training plan, or goal programme. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including the acceptable use and user-generated content sections above.
Suspending or terminating your account stops your access to the Service, but it does not automatically cancel, stop, or refund a subscription billed by the platform you purchased through — we cannot cancel a purchase made through another platform on your behalf. If your account is suspended or terminated, cancel any active subscription yourself, wherever you bought it, to stop future charges.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via the app, website, or email before they take effect.
The Service is provided by Pulse Fifteen Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 10042256.
