Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

DailyFit15 is a product of Pulse Fifteen Ltd ("Pulse Fifteen", "we", "us", "our"). This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, mobile app, and mailing list, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:

Mailing list sign-up — your email address, and which plan (if any) you expressed interest in, when you sign up for launch updates on our website.
Account data — your name and email address when you create an account, via email or through Google or Apple sign-in.
Subscription data — your chosen tier and billing status, handled by our payment providers (see "Who we share it with" below); we don't store your card details ourselves.
Training data — workouts completed, session length, streaks, and any training goals or event dates you add (e.g. an upcoming marathon or Ironman).
Device & usage data — basic technical information such as device type, app version, and crash logs, to help us fix problems.

3. How we use it

We use your data to:

provide and personalise the Service, including choosing your daily workout and, for Coaching-tier users, informing your coach's plan;
process payments and manage your subscription;
send you service-related emails (such as launch updates, if you've signed up for them, or receipts);
understand how the Service is used so we can improve it; and
meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run DailyFit15, including:

Mailchimp — to manage our pre-launch and marketing mailing list, if you've signed up for updates.
RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe — to process subscription payments and manage entitlements.
Google and Apple — if you choose to sign in using your Google or Apple account.
Microsoft Azure — our cloud hosting provider, which stores and processes data on our behalf.

Each of these providers only receives the data it needs to perform its function, and is bound by its own data protection obligations.

5. Health & fitness data

Information about your workouts, training goals, and (where you choose to connect a device or app in future) fitness metrics is treated as sensitive data. We only use it to personalise your training experience and, for Coaching users, to share with your assigned coach. We don't share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and training data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or as required for legal/accounting purposes. If you've only signed up to our mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or we retire the list.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct or delete it;
ask us to restrict or object to certain processing; and
ask for your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only the essential cookies/local storage needed for it to function correctly. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice and ask for consent where required.

9. Children's privacy

DailyFit15 isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or our data practices. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and where changes are significant, let you know directly.
